技术原理:采用侧抽运双包层专利技术,以多模抽运光纤和单模掺杂芯光纤实现 “全光纤” 结构,将多模二极管光高效转换为单模光纤激光的光。分布式单发射抽运结构使半导体二极管形成独立发光元件,提供稳定光源。
性能:连续波输出功率达 2kW,峰值功率 20kW,脉冲持续时间 0.2 - 10ms ,调制频率最高 2kHz。波长 1070±5nm,功率稳定性 ±2%,光束参数积在 100μm 光纤时为 4.2mm×mrad ,300μm 光纤时为 15mm×mrad 。具备免维护特性,采用水冷方式,供电电压 400 - 480VAC(三相,50/60Hz),功耗小于 9kW 。
